Structural and spalling concrete can occur due to exposure to humidity, severe weather, moisture and water leakage. If left untreated, the problem will continue to deteriorate and potentially compromise the structural integrity of the building. Our job is to identify the cause of the problem and determine the best possible long term solution.
It is important to understand that spalling concrete, or better known as concrete cancer is potentially dangerous if left untreated overtime. We will work with you and/or your body corporate to ensure the best possible outcome.
What to look for:
Cracking in the concrete
Exposure of reinforcement steel within the concrete
Rust stains and discolouring
Bubbling of the concrete render
Evidence of water leakage
Chunks of concrete breaking off
