We have a two options we can offer you which are broken down below.

We can offer you a free quote inspection which is a 10 - 15 minute view from easily accessible areas on ground. This is a great option if the client knows where the defects are and the cause of the issues. Sometimes a free quote is also helpful to identify the issues and that further inspection and reporting is required which is more commonly the best course of action.

• ARB Services inspection and reports for fault diagnosis and remedial recommendations typically cost between $1,880.00 - $3,880.00 plus GST for up to 40 hrs to properly investigate and report on the water ingress.

• Our Inspection process is broken down below:

• ARB Services inspection process is based on information gathered from our initial onsite inspection

• ARB takes into account Owners experience Back ground of when leaks occur in what type of weather

• ARB Services onsite observations of defects and likely areas we see as potential points of ingress

• Physical inspection of internal and external areas obtaining digital moisture readings/levels of areas reported as leaking prior to isolated water testing to help form pre water test assessment of how the leaking may occur.

• Isolated water testing to reported leaking areas from lowest to highest point/s. As some or full results are obtained at each isolated test point the area is observed for results and left to settle until the next isolated test point is tested. (ARB consultant on outside and on inside to communicate recorded water tests).

• Site notes and report on findings and point or likely points of failure
