All Remedial & Building Services Pty Ltd (ARB Services) is owned and operated by Lance Moss, a qualified and licensed builder with over 20 years experience. Lance started as a carpenter in the building industry in 1996 and further specialised in remedial building, working with structural and civil engineers in 2000. 

The essence of our workload consists of body corporate and strata buildings, reporting and consulting, physically sealing leaks and reinstating structural integrity to buildings. We can deliver long term or short term solutions tailored to your budget.

As part of our services we also offer waterproofing DIY maintenance plans along with the necessary products. Our products are from leading brands in the industry and at a reduced price when you purchase through us. The products we use range from polyurethane sealant, sika mastic sealant, silicon sealants and membrane waterproofing. We source all our products through Tweed Coast Waterproofing Supplies.
